a poem fOr my apu..

oh, khlOwee. im done with your poem nah! wee. pinaghirapan ku yan. haha.
sOo, here it gOes:

"The girl behind those Sorrowful Smiles"

This girl is a close friend of mine
Unique in her own ways simply expressed by her smile
She ain't good enough to do things on her own
For she's not that matured though she can't be left alone

So many trials she's been through
But it made her grow strong and yet it is true!
At her very young age she knows what's right and what's wrong
That keeps her standing all along

I do believe that she loves to admire guys
Oh, I'm sorry but i cannot tell lies
So many times she got hurt and cried
But I'm always telling her,"just look at the bright side!"

Now that she's thirteen and still counting
Her heart believes and is hoping
That someday she'll be happy in the arms and warm hug
Of the guy she'll truly love

So many people that came and said goodbye
And left tears in her eyes
I hope someone will wipe out this tears
And be with her in fighting her fears

She kept on asking,"How many years should I still be waiting?"
'Coz she's tired of crying while looking at the clock tickling
Tick-tock! tick-tock! she listens then end-up with a sigh
Oh the tears are starting to fall, please get her out of the lies!

I know she can and I know she will
Please give her your love for real
Then she's through with all the daydreamings
Prove her that fairytales do have happy endings

I dont know to whom I should give my trust
That her innocence 'til here will last
I as her friend wants her the best
That's why i get bothered when she's dumped by the rest

Today, how i wish I can imagine
How she's doing or is she smiling?
The sun is now giving its final setting
Emotions of her will be left unveiling

As time comes there will be no lies anymore
There will be no bitter smiles like before
Someone will be needing his own chocolate and keep it forever
And he'll be her sweetest teddy bear that she deserves than ever.
